Smart Laser - Glengarry / Vredekloof

Having been introduced to laser hair removal at the first branch i.e. Plattekloof just over 4 years ago, this aspect of my life has been so much easier and pleasant with great results. At the Glengarry branch in Durbanville (which opened last year) and which I have been attending since end of last year, I was introduced to a new therapist, Kerry-Ann. Kerry-Ann is professional and very thorough paying great attention to detail yet making you feel comfortable with her friendly demeanor. She is also quite knowledgeable on the products providing insightful advice. Even though we moved out of the area and it would be easier for me to return to the Plattekloof branch, I have decide to remain at Glengarry because of her excellent service. Thanks Smart Laser for providing me with affordable, comfortable yet effective laser hair removal therapy over the past years and especially your great service.

Very friendly staff, but not satisfied with results of the laser. All hair grew back exactly the same as it was before I started. Does not feel like laser that makes the hair go away forever, but more like a monthly commitment like you would go for waxing. Would not recommend for bikini or underarms
