Very efficient and quick service, however the place is very unprofessional not at all neat and tidy. Business professionalism is not to be found as far as appearance is concerned and conduct of staff.

Received a WhatsApp asking for payment of the call out fee by a person named Marilyn. I paid and asked if my machine could be repaired ( I had not received feedback from the call out ). No reply. It seems their fingers only work when it comes to payment. Rude staff.

Helpful staff, didn't have the part i needed. They ordered it and it was there the next day?

DO NOT EVER BUY A L.G FLATSCREEN.I just had such a bad experience of service and backup it is unbelievable to bare to explain it,but I feel potential customers should be aware about these LG products. I purchased an 75 inch TV UHD model 75um7180 .I hardly used it for 4 months when I put it on one day only to find it with white lines.Call LG technician in who spent exactly 1 minute on his assessment walking out saying the TV has a crack internally.Phoned LG head office no support only the customer blame game sends me a repair quote R2000 more than what I paid for the television.He says physical damage to the television yet there is proof on the net that these products crack due to internal thermal heating. I currently have 3 other flat flatscreens all from brands working perfectly for a very long time in my house.Please do not buy these products rather stick to Samsung or other brands where the after sales backup is there for the customer .If anyone needs more information and copies of my correspondence with LG please feel free to contact me.I have lost a large sum of money due to this brand .Dont make my mistake !!!!!

Took our microwave for repair just after the 2 year warranty expired. Nice friendly service. Response after 2 days, Awaiting parts to complete repair.

Wonderful service and very competent technicians who were willing when our lift was being serviced to climb up to the 15th floor to repair our Microwave.The two young fellows were very friendly and worked quickly and efficiently.With staff with great attitudes like this L G Electronics will get ahead of the pack in the field that they are operating in."

Great staff....but couldn't fix my washing machine. I'm sure they are good at what they do because I've seen that there are a lot of other machines there to fix. Still great service but my washing machine still doesn't work after I took it in twice.
