iTILE Northriding

Bought at this store on 3 different occasions. (Sinks, Tiles and Grout). They offer a variety of good grout colours (I took black and oatmeal) I dealt with Comfort who went above and beyond to help me, even securing the sale of tiles with me without me needing to come in to the shop. The service at this store is honestly the best customer service I’ve ever received. They have great tiles too.

great variety ,good price . Friendly Staff .Sad after sales service . Visit the showroom pay for goods , come back the next day to collect . stock not kept on premises .With the price of petrol who can afford to return to a store the next day to collect your purchase .If you shop over the weekend expect to receive goods the next Tuesday. If you want the stock same day ,pay at store and go collect yourself in Krugersdorp ,they not open weekends by the way

The service was fantastic thanks Ropa , hester ,Salome and the manager,I come from far i could have bought at the branch next to me but the service at northriding was 5* thankx to the staff .they deserved my big order

Terrible service from iTILE. Sales staff tell you when buying tiles that you can return it if not used but when you want to return they say they cannot as their policy is within 7 days and no less than 10 boxes. Even asked for a exchange for another tile, they refused. Management are arrogant. Don't support them, go to reputable stores where even if you pay a little more you get far better customer service.

Had a wonderful experience with Bianca. She helped me at the showroom with selection of my floor tiles even allowed me to take samples home to make a decision. Will definitely recommend Bianca and her team for all tiling requirements

We would like to commed the members of staff, particularly Hester, at Itile in Northriding Deco park, for thier very professional and excellent service. They have always taken the time needed to assist us and understand each of our customers needs. Thier pleasent attitude and knowledge of their products is superb. It is a pleasure to do business with such a great team of people. Thank you for all of the wonderful assistance and excellent service.

I’ve purchased tiles a few times at iTile. Range is good and staff are friendly and helpful. This last time though was disappointing. I purchased wall cladding and trusted the direction of the staff advising on measurements. Requested 8sqm and ended up with double the amount of cladding that is non-refundable. The system specs show 1sqm per box which we were told was not accurate and it was not, but then not happy with the incorrect advice received. I have now overpaid by quite a lot and have too many tiles remaining with no use for them. I regret not checking size and doing the calculations myself, but I would have expected the staff should know their product better. This gets 2 stars only because the other tiles I purchased were perfect. Very disappointed with the extra non-refundable cost.

Dealt with salesman whom goes by the name of Comfort. Great Service, offered good advice and delivered on promises and expectations. A very patient individual with a great attitude. Really happy all round with the entire experience shopping from this outlet.

Literally have to put one star, as only option to submit.Firstly, false advertising. 50% sale stickers on items which have been that same price for months, pretending to be reduced, but actually not.When I asked saleslady, she just walked away and left me without answering.Next saleslady all friendly, but after sales service atrocious. They give you an email address to communicate, but they don't read what is being asked and when they do, they answer days later.Also, the delivery is apparently outsourced, so the guys won't put item inside room you need it, will just leave it in garage, but no one tells you this beforehand.Shocking service all round.

Extremely disappointed with the service from this store. Drove 25 km to the store to purchase a mirror that I viewed online. I arrive to be told that the mirror is out of stock. The sales assistant could not say when more stock will be received. He refused to sell me the demo unit despite being unsure of when stock will arrive. I considered going with another colour, sales assistant says that they don't keep stock of items in store and I would need to come back tomorrow to pick it up. I ask whether I can have it delivered, only to be told that Itile only does delivery if the purchase is above R5000. My entire conversation with the assistant was so frivolous. I mean what is the point of having a store but not keeping stock? What's worse is that you don't offer delivery on items below R5000. How does this store even survive if this is their operating model? Furthermore, you have an item advertised on your website and on display in store but unable to advise when more stock will be received - this is completely misleading to the consumer. The item should just be removed. Management needs to seriously reconsider how it runs its business.
