Had a great experience. Staff is super professional and friendly. Was assisted by a lady called Beatrice. She made the experience VERRY pleasurable and tried to calm my nerves. Definitely recommend.

Completely dissatisfied with my experience today. I came in for various waxes and tinting. I gave very specific instruction in the tinting and eyebrow waxing, match my beard colour and only remove the peaks at the top of my eyebrows (what I usually do at my other place I go to). She did above and below the eyebrow and went black on my eyebrows. It looks terrible and unnatural. I am going to have to wear a cap for the foreseeable future till the colour fades out. My left eye stung badly from the eye lash tint, I am used to professionals who remove the treatment without getting any in my eye. The staff member handed me a moisturised scented towel to wipe my eye which made it worse. You don't wipe your eyes with a moist, fragranced towel! That also stings! I asked wether I can sit upright during the waxing but was told I can't. The beds there don't have face holes like a massage table so it gets very uncomfortable on my neck. My feet hanged over the bottom edge and the staff member kept bumping into them over and over. You'd think she'd pay attention and be more careful. The entire wax was done in silence. And at the end the staff member asked me in a very unfriendly manner if I exfoliate my back. No, i don't cos I am a person who cant jump out of his skin and scrub his own back thoroughly. She didn't explain why she asked this. Is there some issue with my back? Should I feel bad about it? She just walked out of the room. I have two other places that handle my waxing and eyebrow tinting. I will rather just wait till they have a gap for me than go back to waxit.

5 stars this time. Therapist was engaging. Wax temperature and quality was on point. A good overall experience and also having Anthea, the manager, personally checking on me was awesome. Will recommend and you've gained a regular guys.

Been twice, with two people and both times were disappointing. My least favourite wax to date, and I’m only reviewing so someone else doesn’t make the same mistake as me. There are many other places in the area, I’m sure you’ll have a better experience there.Still picking off so much wax residue, hours after my wax. Below average job, I’ll have to go somewhere else to redo it. Double dipping, overall questionable training..The two stars are for the accommodating receptionist, the modern and clean interior and because some hair was removed. Oh, you get a free small wax on your second visit too. Makes the disappointment hurt less I guess.

The most comfortable leg wax I have ever had, almost pain free. The attention to detail and professionalism is superb.
