They are good on advise with cars

Masepa fela. My sister and hubby bought a car around September 2019. Jan 2020car had battery issues and some warning light that was constantly on. Fair enough battery was replaced and told light will go off. It didn't and they were told to go to Ford to have it checked. Ford Brits told them the car will need diagnosis and they must pay. I told her to go back to auto pedigree and she did. She was told they will book car elsewhere in Pretoria and their driver will take it. On the said day she took the car in and their driver took the car to Pretoria and had a terrible accident on his way. Auto pedigree told my sister they are not taking any responsibility she must claim with her insurance. They won't even give her a coutersy car. My sister uses taxi to work now. Friday 14 Feb we found out the driver was not alone in the car. Passenger was badly hurt.I'm seeking help with this matter. I'll post this everywhere to get help. We need legal advise.Auto pedigree Brits says it's not their problem my sister gave them permission to take the car to Pretoria. But the car had problem 4months later after the sale.Nonsense I tell you. But me as the little sister, I will not leave this lying down. I will look for help everywhere, from news papers to radios to ombudsmanIt's funny that the owner" has responded to this but still has not done anything about this. Fact that I came here means we have already complaint and nothing was done. Auto pedigree Brits behaves like nothing happened. Business as usual as my sister continues to use taxis with two kids every morning."
