Service is ok depending on your timing. Coffee can be fabulous or nearly kill you depending on who is making it. Food is usually good.

Has potential but almost every time I go service is half-hearted and smoothies are slap dash and warm. Hope this can improve.

While I do like this coffee shop and the service is generally very friendly, the biggest let down is their consistency. They tend to either make the coffee so hot that one cannot drink it or it's cold - no happy medium. Would suggest that the baristas get trained again to ensure they are delivering coffee at a consistent 70'C and then this could be a 4 or 5 star rating.

I really enjoy the muffins here. The staff are friendly but more importantly the variety of food you can pick up here is really good. They make good sandwiches as well.
