First of all drivers need to know that when delivering packages they contact the recipient and or hoot at the gate since they are already there instead of leaving with the package for us to wait for them to deliver it again since we can’t collect our delivery. 2nd, deliveries need to be allowed to be collected by the recipient whom has had a failed delivery attempt because some deliveries are urgent. Some systematic rules are poor
