Terrible customer service. Ended up cancelling my order after waiting almost 3 weeks for 2 simple pot bases. They either dont answer there phone or someone answers but messages dont seem to be passed on and nobody returns calls.

Staff were very helpful and had great prices on stock. I was struggling to find planter pots (of a particular style) for one of my home design projects, and although they didn’t have the particular style, they made a way and had one ordered and delivered within a week, (including import and delivery)!Thanks once again team GPL!
