Banbury Nail Bar

I absolutely adore Banbury Nail Bar. I have been going to them for years and even visiting from Portugal, I have been going to them. The prices are so affordable and the service is fantastic! The ladies are good at what they do and take care of you. Highly recommend.

Gel polish and acrylic overlay both either lifted and chipped off within a week of doing them. Have contacted the nail bar to inform them with no response.

I went to this salon for the first time and in arrival another client was doing a pedicure which I also chose to get, my foot massage lasted less than 2 mins per foot where as the client before me had a 20mins foot massage in each foot, and this I paid for. Lol if u looking for a 2 min foot massage at R200 then go here.... this was ridiculous...worst pedicure I ever had.

I'm happy with my pedicure.The lady did a horrible job with the manicure..I wouldn't go back to that nail bar.

I went for the combo, that nails and lashes. The lashes fell out the next day and they were just ghastly! I went back to get them removed. The acrylic nails started peeling within the week. You can go there for gel, that seems to have lasted on my toes. I wouldn’t recommend anything else.

My first experience in December was good. The second time in January was putrid. Not only did my nails look less than average but it was shaped incorrectly yet I paid extra for shaping. The lady that did my nails was so lackluster and uninterested in what she was doing that it took over 2 hours for acrygel. To top it off, when I got up to pay they had wanted to add on an extra fee for a glaze that I did not even ask for or was aware of.

Been to the North Riding branch a few times and every time the experience has been the same: unfriendly hostile environment with acrylic nails that always chip and never last long! The ladies are always conversing in their language and no doubt gossiping about clients. They all seem to have bad attitudes. Not the cleanest environment either and the technicians lack training and creativity, it takes them too long to do nails! It seems the owner doesn't ever get involved and nothing is done to rectify complaints. Customer satisfaction and service needs a huge upgrade here!

I went to the Northriding branch to do both my hands and feet for the 1st time with them two weeks ago. I was quoted the wrong amount and when I got to the salon the prices changed. I wanted gel on my nails but was told they DO NOT have pink. Firstly I don't want excuses when I go to any place especially because pink is a common color. If you run out of stock than restock, it is a business after all. It's only been two weeks and my nails on my right hand all fell off except for the tumb. I'm extremely disappointed and furious because your prices are not cheap but yet the standards are. I expect my nails to last me a month.

I'm highly disappointed with service I have received from Ausie Mpho. This was my 2nd time being at the Salon, the 1st time I received great service which was the motivation for my 2nd visit.But this time around the service was bad, firstly Ausie Mpho wasn't welcoming, she was on the phone most the time and making bookings on that big book while doing my nails, she didn't care, she was on a long call, then endless whatsapps chats. She wasn't focused on me, her client, she didn't even shape my nails, most of my nails felt a bit rough on the edges. She gave poor service and based on that I wouldn't recommend her, try the other friendly ladies who know how to treat customers. As for Ausie Mpho, negative, negative, negative customer service.
