I had a revolting experience with this store.I received no slip with my purchase due to loadshedding, when I came in to exchange a defective product. They accepted the malfunctioning item but haven't refunded or exchanged it for me. I've even opted to a voucher to make things easier.Apparently the item has been lost and I've been receiving no feedback to my numerous requests. Incompetency with the personel results in very poor customer service.The assistance has been atrocious. Very disappointed :(
