Service is slow. Poor and sloppy when it comes to urgent orders. Staff are uneducated to handle pressure and for an american brand I see why people want to move to other brands on the market

Lumarr sticks their dirty company sticker on my brand new R400 000 car after they put a film inside. I mean seriously. Do I come to your house and stick stickers all over your brand new products. How DARE you do that? Will never recommend you to anyone!!!

Llumar smash and grab fitted to my new vehicle by the dealership i purchased it from.after about 3months current year defects on the drivers side , frnt passenger and left rear door tint. Contacted llumar here in bedfordview , they told me to take it to auto enhancement center in germiston to be rectified. Got there they reworked the smash and grab, but a month later problems with the same windows again, took it back second time re worked the drivers side in a space of week., damage the window rubber.Few weeks later all 3 same window smash and grab begin to show faults. Took the car in to Llumar head office they re did all 3 windows. That was first visit to Llumar head office , shortly a week later driver side smash and grab showed fault. Went back re worked it again. This was second visit. Now month later rear passenger window tint peeling of from the top. Whenever u dial their number No one answers on all occasions till today. The technical manager nver returns ur call . My 4th visit will be on monday back to them for the rear window re work. Each time the re work they remove the window channels , no can u imagine how many times its being done on a new car. Their head office is a training place for llumar fitments.There job and quality is not even sub standard yet they pride themselves on professional products . I will demand that they reimburse me fuel money as i live in the jhb south and travel a distance each timeThey never answer their landline.
