Our busy gate at our complex entrance has been reliably attended to by him on a number of occasions (stolen battery, receiver added for more remotes to be programmed, refuse removal truck reversed into it, etc.). Our garage and gate motor were struggling with the increase of loadshedding and when I enquired about their services and the problem we were facing, they were very quick to reply with a solution and costing. I called Taurean at 11:30pm with a problem with my gate that would not close and had a fault displaying on the motor. He was very kind and helpful, as he talked me through an interim fix to get my gate closed for the night. First thing next morning he came out and was able to correct the error. He also came prepared with spare batteries, as it turned out mine needed replacing.Clearly very knowledgeable with everything about gates and motors, and delivered his service in a professional and kind manner.Thank you, Taurean!

A week ago, RT Projects installed a garage door motor at my residence after my previous motor could not be repaired. The young gentleman was very knowledgeable on his field of expertise as he was the only one who could determine the fault after several others. He advised me on options and assisted with the claim for a new motor. This is my 2nd experience with RT Projects, and I have been very happy and satisfied with services rendered. My access gate would not open sometimes. I called RT Products and Projects. They responded very quickly. They were knowledgeable and very helpful. They narrowed the fault down to some dry soldering joints and a crack in one of the PC board tracks. They repaired it. They also adjusted the gear track on the gate.
