Great service, and can highly recommend. Phoned Ebrahim for advice about unstable WiFi connection and limited signal range at home. He personally delivered, installed, and re-configured a new router for me which gives full signal strength and bandwidth equal to my IPS contract.

My wifi system at home had a typical router and then two plug in wifi extenders. After 3 years it started to suddenly prove problematic with only 5mHz access available and not 2.4mHz. Our TV sets at home link to the internet only off 2.4mHz. The system was also proving unstable in various parts of the house and immediate surrounds. Ebrahim assessed my needs and, on acceptance of the quote, attended to set up a network of meshes. They are unobtrusive and wireless, so we didn't need cables running all over the place (which is a big issue in a house with concrete ceilings and roof). Ebrahim is clearly knowledgeable in networking technology and, so far, my wifi coverage is strong and stable across my double story house and immediate surrounds. While not cheap, the pricing from Matrix (Highlands North) was fair. Ebrahim was also personable and businesslike. I would recommend him to anyone with similar needs

I've been a customer here for years! I came in to exchange a cable and it was explained to me that I cannot change a cable (which I understand and that's fine) the woman talking to me got so offended because I addressed Zunaid, who knows me as a regular customer and who was there when I purchased the cable, and I had actually exchanged the last cable for this one as we were testing it.This woman was so rude and she wouldn't give me her name. She stood there arguing with me as the customer and telling me not to talk to her coworker. What a terrible attitude, bad customer service and I will not go back to this store as long as she's there!
