Good shop for all your stationery needs but their speed point does not work, I had to withdraw money to pay for my order, very inconvenient.

Close by and convenient. Friendly staff. Assitance is quick.

Experience was horrible! I entered the store looking for cd's, there were 2 ladies behind the counter. Nobody cared to look up at me. After they had finished whatever it was they were doing, I was prompted with a nuance of a nod. I assumed this was her way of asking me if I needed help. I asked for the cd's and she just walked to the back saying "Here". Then she said its probably R120, and takes a box walks to the till and gives me a price. I say thank you and I pay for it with my card. She takes it and never says thank you once during the entire point of sale - In fact I said thank you a plethora of times. I greet her and tell her to have a fantastic day - sarcastically I might add - The till slip was friendlier than her. I didn't catch her name, but she is the pregnant lady behind the counter. Needless to say, I'm never going back - Thank you very much.

Bonita was the most professional, efficient and friendly shop assistant I have dealt with in a long time.
