Thought I would receive coffee table and mirror within 3-4 weeks. We are almost 9 weeks in, and nothing! Elia does not give timely updates. I have to be the one following up all the time. Terrible service.

Putrid quality, poor workmanship and terrible customer service. I Ordered a TV unit which took over 13 weeks; only to be rushed within 2 days. The drawers do not close properly and nothing is aligned or cut straight; One draw has fallen apart completely, as the hinges weren't inserted . I was constantly tasked with following up as there was no communication from them whatsoever. The owner Elia simply doesn't care and wouldn't respond or take my calls.
