Had flowers delivered to my beautyThe flowers look great and technically they were delivered so I'm giving two stars. However the driver called and said he was confused about that address. For some reason he was upset about this address. He decided to drop the flowers off at The smoke house and then give my ladies number to them(strange move) I want to thank The smokehouse for reaching out and making sure she got her flowers.

Highly disappointed, ordered a matric corsages. Do not believe your order will look like the picture they send you or on their website! When I went to fetch it the store was close and no one answer the phone. Eventually when the store open corsage was made with 3 tiny roses and 2 ribbons thats looked lost! The roses was wilted and come off the bracelet even before I left the store. Had to organise another corsage in haste to not disappoint this very special day! Wil not recommend or visit this store again.

I'm terribly disappointed. The bouquet I purchased from your florist was delivered, yet they were half dried. They didn't even last a week. Really disappointing to hear this. I wouldn't even rate this as a 1star. This is not called Service" but more like "disappointment""
