MTN Store - Jeffreys Bay
I was advised to keep my MTN data contract active, allthough it would expire in a few weeks after leaving for 3 months abroad, as the price would remain the same and the contract would be payable on a month to month basis. Guess what, I get debited a 4 fold price, and on asking to find out what happened they promised me to do so but no reply anymore despite multiple requests. I emailed MTN customer service to find out what happened, they simply said :you are no longer having a contract
