Feb 2022 - Original Review ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Lonehill PNP always has good quality stock of fruit and Vegetables and at reasonable prices. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Use you Smart Shopper cards to save even more off your Groceries.Updated 2023: ⭐️⭐️- Quality of fruit and vegetables has deceased.- Month end, there are only 4 or 5 Til points open, with 5 to 6 customers waiting in line.- Prices marked on the Shelves are incorrect, or the merchandiser, Internal or external has not removed or updated the price to reflect current promotion or price.I raised this before with the Manager last year and it is now happening again.⭐️ Sweetener - R59 - Price at till R82⭐️ Ostrich Mince - R59 - Price at till R73

Stock can be an issue, I have had multiple issues with chicken being off despite the best before date being a few days away and there are never enough tellers - there is always a long queue no matter how quiet or busy the store is.

They never open on time. Large group waiting for them to open, but they are more focused on making jokes with each other than helping clients.And when you go in staff not very friendly or helpful

Well stocked and clean facilities. The center has ample parking and security guards. A good stop for your monthly grocery haul.

Inefficient, unfriendly and incompetent staff. Manager never available and non existent at this store. Tellers and staff should go for training on customer service and basic etiquette when dealing with customers instead yawning, sighing, dragging their feet and blatantly ignoring customers.
