Bloom Florist CAMPERDOWN worst quality flowers for what you pay. I ordered flowers to be delivered, the snapdragons were crushed and by the second day lay wilting at the back of the the bunch of other flowers. The customer service is terrible. I rang to complain and was told the flowers were perfect and there is nothing they would do.

Highly recommend Fig & Bloom. With so many florists to choose from it was Fig & Bloom's website that initially caught my eye. Beautiful selection of floral arrangements and price options depending on choice and size of arrangement. Their customer service was knowledgable, friendly and helpful and I was thrilled when I received an email with a photo of my order before it left their studio - it was beautiful! I have now found my favourite florist!

I stumbled across Fig & Bloom when looking to send flowers interstate, and am so impressed with the service I received. I ordered at about 10am and the flowers were delivered by 1pm the same day, and I received email notifications at every step including a photo of the bouquet before it was delivered. I will be using these guys any time I need to send flowers again. Thank you for such an easy and great experience!

The flowers were exactly as pictured and were stunning. The service was excellent. Highly recommend.

I was not happy with 2 things.1. The false advertising about the 15% off on the first order which did not eventuate after I added the coupon code. And the failure to satisfactorily answer my query regarding this. What a scam!! I’m afraid an email giving me $5 off the next order is laughable!! As if …2. The photo they sent me of the delivered flowers was not the same as the flowers delivered!!!Never again Fig and Bloom!!

Fig and Bloom create the most beautiful and unique bouquets. I received this gorgeous bunch today. I will continue to choose Fig and Bloom as my first choice when sending flowers.

UPDATE: since then the team have called and rectified the issues, offering a reasonable solution to this situation. Will continue shopping with them in the near future.I placed the order for the Marseille in the extra large size, expecting it to be a fresh bouquet for the money spent. Instead I received something that looks completely opposite to the photo on the website. The flowers arrived looking old and half dead, with little to none effort in making it look decent. What made it worse was the fact that I booked the time slot of 1:00pm - 6:00pm, however I received a call at 8:40am that my flowers will be delivered, and that the delivery man was instructed to leave the flowers unattended if the receiver is not available. I deliberately went with the afternoon time slot because that’s when the receiver will be present. So not only I was left with a sad looking bouquet, it was left on the floor in front of the shopping centre shop unattended for few hours. If you wish to discuss this further feel free to contact me, I have all the time stamp and photo evidence to show the disaster on this Valentine’s Day.

Had a terrible experience, don't order from fig and bloom!They say they can ship interstate to Canberra. We ordered flowers for my sisters birthday to be delivered to her house. We were told the day they would be delivered expecting them to arrive on the day. Obviously they didn't, so we reached out and were told they had been collected from the store. As this is a delivery order that was clearly not correct. We chased up the delivery service ourselves to find out they had only picked up the order the day after we were meant to receive them. So we waited and they never came. We contacted the delivery service again and were told that the package had been damaged and we would need to contact fig and bloom. Unfortunately fig and bloom are extremely difficult to get a hold of to the point where I believe they were purposely dodging our calls. We eventually got a hold of them they told us what we already knew that the package was damaged. You would think they would then rush us a new one or offer a refund as it is clearly past the date of delivery but no we had to wait until after mother's day. Which we did and they eventually sent something but it was different from what we ordered, looks to be leftovers from mother day and a much cheaper alternative.All in all the flowers are bad and customer service is even worse. You are better off going to the supermarket. We were told serval times that we had either picked them up in store or they were delivered to our house even though we were all home and spoke to the delivery service who told us they had not been delivered. So basically they were lying to us.Oh yeah and they never sent the photo.

Highly recommend!I’ve used Fig and Bloom twice to send flowers in Sydney (I live in Adelaide). The process of online ordering is very easy, and you get a photo of the product before it’s delivered.On both occasions the flowers have been fresh and lasted over a week!
