Incredibly poor customer service, although all efforts have been put into salesmanship, no effort has been put into ensuring customers remain happy. They look for all excuses to avoid fulfilling the warranty. Couches are not of the best quality. Very unhappy on a whole and would like to encourage others to not make the same mistake.
