concern over their gas bottles leaking and giving off a constant foul smell 2 bottles in a row. overfilled my cadac cylinders to the point where it takes 3min for it to stop when shutting off. but usually able to help fairly fast when they are open

There was quite a long queue but it went quickly. Waiting times very short for refills. Friendly staff and customers, a young boy came to help me to carry the filled up gas bottles back to the car.

They’ve always been exceptionally helpful. Their staff will help carry your canisters to and from the car, and they’ve often gone over and above by helping me with heater/gas tops/connectors - and honest enough to say when they just don’t know what’s up and to replace it! They’re my go-to re all things gas related.

The service is good in general. When they have someone to help carry it is really helpful, I have back issues leaving me unable to lift heavy objects and the guy didn't look to keen when I asked for help carrying the 10.5 kg gas bottle to my car.

I have been coming to this shop for gas for over 10 years. I know the owner. The previous managers and staff were friendly and helpful and accommodating. The current staff of today are clueless, not helpful, not accommodating, are dirty.8x phone calls to both the landline and cell number this morning went unanswered.Disappointing from what it was before to what it is today.
