Free Bird Seapoint

I have ordered numerous times as I do think the burgers are great (More so from the Kloof location) but the last 4 times I have ordered through Uber Eats they have forgotten something each time. I’m not sure if it’s negligence or they just don’t care but definitely not a way to keep a customer.

The burger was crispy and tinder. The tinders are Sooo crispy and crunchy. But their sauces need some work.Giving it a 2 stars because I don't think I'll go back. I had a glimpse at the kitchen and non of the workers were wearing masks and were handling food without gloves which is not acceptable during corona time or any other time really. What a shame since their food is good.

Every time I try and call to place an order know one very answer or the phone is hooter hook. Impossible to get three to then!

Very disappointing experience. The ‘crispy’ chicken was cold and dry and definitely not in a soft bun as advertised. Seemed like both the burger and hand-cut fries had been sitting for sometime. Cold and inedible. Won’t be back.

Yummiest chicken burger I’ve ever eaten! I had the southern fried chicken burger, the Smokey bbq sauce was sooo good. All so fresh and service was fast.

Chips are not fresh as advertised. Order was missing items. Was checked by the manager and still missed the drink order. Ordered extras on the side and asked specifically and when burger arrived it was placed on the burger. Incompetent staff. Burgers are average but dot order the chips.

Third time I have received fries half full from Free Bird. Unacceptable and doesn’t seem anything is changing after numerous attempts to let them know about it.

Had the freebird friday deal on ubereats. The korean chicken burger, it was really terrible! Do not order! They also basically gave about ten chips in total! Really horrible! Never ordering freebird again!

Shocking. Chips were soggy and cold. One batch didn't have seasoning on it. And one batch was just a box of overcooked crumbs. Zero standards.

We ordered tonight through Mr D and I was curious to where it was located so googled and read all the reviews, I was nervous since there had been a few bad ones, food arrived and it was great! Our chips tasted like home cooked potatoes, their slaw was really devine, our burgers (Korean & Free Bird), they were both really yummy! Very filling. We also grabbed a choc chip cookie and that was also delish. So, I would say, we are definitely returning customers! Not 5 stars just due to delivery, the crispy chicken looses its very crispy nature, but I think if ate there then it would be no prob. Prices are brilliant esp on a Friday when their items are discounted.
