This is not a trustworthy company! They rented a dirty place to me, filled with cockroaches. I got the placed cleaned, and they ignored me when I ask for a refund. When I moved out they give me a bill with bogus charges so they did not have to repay my deposit. They also don't respond to queries, when you have complaints. Their customer service is really bad and getting anything from them is hard work. Be careful when dealing with them, make sure you take pictures and video of the place when you move in as they will hit you with stuff that were broken or damaged before you moved in. One month after moving out and I am still waiting for my deposit, after contacting them a number of times.

I was not happy with the agent who took is to a view a property. Found her unprofessional and only responded when i had followed up. Upon getting to the appointment she had arranged that a few of us view property at the same time. Very unprofessional and in my opinion rude!Our rental request was simple and when we got to the property prior to even going in to view we asked if it had a cottage her reply was yes but the owner lives there. She had wasted our time to drive out to hear that, after we stipulated we don't want a property with other tenants on it.

Inever seen ,,, a service like this in my life , idont know if ican call it a scarm or company,, Yu call agency & Wana view flat they come up with some stories,,, when Yu but what ican say is if it's someones business don't think that person is still alive coz he would allow cuuststomuz be treated like this yeah what a scarm campyny ithink Yu took people from rural area to come & work for you

Can't complain about the service, as there is none!!

If I could give zero stars I would! I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism from a estate agency in my life. You can't get hold of the agents via email or cellphone, and when you do they're full of excuses. They then promise to call back with relevant information, and fail to do so.Homeowners listing your properties with them, as a prospective buyer and renter, I can assure you your properties aren't being fairly promoted.

These people are scammers. They scammed me of my deposit money even if you have pictures you will just never with them. I would never recommend them to anyone

I am very, very disappointed in the service received from Blue Knights Estate.My husband and I reviewed a house in Waverley for rent. We completed the forms and sent them in timeously last week Wednesday morning the 19th of July - the approvals were not done and the house was awarded by another agent to a new tenant. By Friday they had still not been processed. We were then promised another unit to view after expressing my disappointment and that they were waiting for the keys from the landlord. This was Tuesday the 25th of July. We have made repeated attempts to reach one of the agents who assured me that we would be given first option on the unit and the calls are now not answered and nor are any sms's. We wanted to move this weekend and we are just not making headway. I have been looking for another place to live for just over 2 months! The unit we were shown was exactly what we were looking for and in our price range. The unit we were promised for viewing was very similar - just the keys were needed from the landlord. I don't know what the issue is however our experience with this agency has been poor.
