The Parks Shop @ Skukuza Rest Camp
Ridiculous customer service from the register where they couldn't even do basic math which ended up costing them both the sale and the product. I literally had to walk out because the level of service was so incredibly bad. All because they insisted on using a specific type of cup for a Slushie vs a frozen coffee. I offered to play the higher price and more, and they simply couldn't grasp this concept. Insisting the coffee was R35 (I'd already paid R40), and that I must go back to the register and swap cups and repay.

Delight fully surprised, the product nice and presentable fresh stuff is fresh and service real good and friendly. Prices are semi- internationally trends, with good reason.

The Parks Shop @ Skukuza Rest Camp
Within the Skukusa Rest Camp is a fair sized shop where you can purchase drinks, snacks and other foods for cooking and consumption for those staying at Skukusa. It is considerably larger than the shop we found at Lower Sabie Rest Camp.Food selection is surprisingly wide with fair variety. However, if you are staying for extended time and wanting to cook/braai numerous meals than you'll still do better to stock up at proper supermarkets before entering the park. This is also a gift shop with a wide range of souvenirs and locally made gifts you can purchase to remember your trip to Kruger.

Bit of naughtiness with selling plastic bags and using guilt-trip misinformation about saving trees" in order to push their merchandise. Paper-producing forests are renewable

The Parks Shop @ Skukuza Rest Camp
This is a large area with a gas station, restaurants, a gift shop, and beautiful views of the Sabie River. My husband came last year and saw many monkeys. Almost exactly one year later, we saw none. We did see these birds though.

The Parks Shop @ Skukuza Rest Camp
Like most shops at Kruger Rest Camps (although probably the biggest one) it sells most of the essentials you might need when staying there. And obviously a lot of overpriced Kruger branded merchandise.

So friendly staff! We needed an extension and they don't have it. One of their staff lent us his for 5 days, for free. We really appreciate! By the way, this shop is very big and got almost everything you need.
