I just called the Kelly at Hatfield. And I must say I am quite shocked at how rude the receptionist was. All I did was ask for help and ask questions. She Even dropped the phone even before I could even say anything further. I am unbelievably so upset and disappointed. Please refrain from hiring people who cant and don't have the patience to work with people. I am still so shocked and so upset!
