Extreme Lights
Extreme lights definitely standout from the rest when it comes to customer service. They very friendly and very experienced in what they do. I had a small issue with my battery and sent it back with the light, a few days later they returned it in perfect working condition and it’s still working today, 1 year later. For the inconvenience they even included a very cool quick release clamp for my light for free.

A great experience with the team! Had a relay pop on a harness and mailed them asking if they knew where I could get a spare or if they sold them. They replaced it free of charge without questions! Not a pricey part (shipping probably cost more than the part) but what really made my day was that I was honestly asking where to buy it, had spent a week searching locally, and they replaced and shipped it! Thank you for the great service - most definitely makes me a long term customer - next purchase -- same lights for wife's bike!

Great products and service to match. After seven years of usage Extreme Lights where happy to repair my headlamp for a small fee, when most businesses would have asked you to purchase a new one. All my bicycle lights work as promised or better, definitely great value for a quality product, not to mention great after sales service and support.

Excellent quality products and knowledgeable staff who provide exceptional service whether at the store or ordering online. The stuff they have here are all really leaders in their market. Certainly not the cheapest around, but quality does come at a price but durability saves you over time. Some great specials that run every now and then and there have been some great new products. New Motorcycle Spots are particularly impressive.

Best outdoor lights ever used. Lifelong warranty and service is great. They ship country wide but you can also walk in at the shop in Stellies.

This is one of the best MTB light systems you can buy. I am using my light for three years now and it is an absolute charm. The only thing that tops the quality of the product is the quality of the after sale service. The guys at Extreme Lights went out of their way to assist me with an issue I had with my light... even after my light passes through its warranty period.I wish more companies would take a page from their book in terms of service.I highly recommend this company and their products.
