I have been called by these people so many times, then they send me smss stating that if I don't contact them legal action will be taken, I have called them back so many times and the after holding on for how long a lady called Carmen picks up the call and say she will transfer to someone who can help, then that person cuts the call. Now this is about a Standard bank account of mine of 18 years back that's is paid up but then say I still owe them money.. Really now

Been emailing Direct Axis and their attorneys which goes under two different names - Shackleton Attorneys + Lynn & Main Attorneys for a prescribed letter for over a year.Tried phoning and both parties keep referring me to the other and not even their legal depart could tell me who is responsible.Lynn & Main Attorneys claims the person working with my account has been off sick since July 2021, however, I started emailing them since 12/2020.They don't even deserve a star.Your staff is to busy taking selfies to actually do their job

What A huge Scam! this company will make you call and email and inquire about your status and they will never get back to you. I have paid these people in April 2022 already and its still showing that I owe them and They REFUSE to help remove my name on their database, am even loosing business because of them.
