Tinley Manor parkrun

Awesome parkrun. Tough course with amazing views and great people.

I would characterise Tinley as a gentle trail run. It passing thru farm lands. There are a couple of interesting climbs, not killer climbs, but climbs that require a little extra effort. Having said that anyone who prefers to walk parkrun rather than run can definitely walk it.Tinley is a little off the beaten track so the numbers are small compared to some of the other KZN parkruns. The Tinley team are warm and friendly and go out of their way to welcome newbies and first timers.Definitely worth a visit especially if you are on the KZN North Coast.There is lots of parking right near the start / finish area, clean toilets and a small stand at the end where you can get bottled water, tea and coffee at very reasonable prices.

This is the most awesome parkrun. The route goes through a working sugar cane farm and the scenery is spectacular. It's all gravel road and paths. Not an easy run as there's sting in the tail at the end.If you bring along bacon and eggs, it will be cooked for you at the finish and the breakfast set up is amazing. This is not to be missed.

Starting on time,friendly hospitable hosts.I walked...fairly up and down,but beautiful early morning among green sugarcane and under blue skies.

Not pram friendly so i didnt do the run but the people there are so friendly and welcoming. Hubby did the run and loved it. Bit hard so not just for anyone.

Challenging! Great scenery, but some hills on farm tracks, so can be muddy & slippery.You will never set your best PR time here, but well worth a visit!

Very pretty parkrun with a tough climb or two.

Great parkrun. Very challenging. Would not recommend after rain due to the mud. Unless you don't mind that! Get active!
