I absolutely LOVE this estate.Its always clean, the people are genuinely friendly. There is a massive park for kids to play. The security is topnotch. It's so safe that I could leave my car's window wide open.

Beautiful estate in Paarl. Family friendly and high security. For a new estate, the space is growing and expanding quite fruitfully. Body corporate has built a play area for children that includes two spaces with jungle gyms, a soccer field, swimming pool, and tennis court.The views from the estate is also beautiful. Perfect for families with small children.

It's okay. Security is sort of good.. Didn't stay long though because the people i was visiting wasn't there.. Left again after... Its almost like the estate is being neglected

Nice place in general. Many owners are just very concerned about the whole neighbourhoods roofs that keep leaking. Very concerning. I would recommend you go knock on a few doors before buying here.
