Wasn't a great experience. For whatever reason that could not be explained, my road bike was handed back to me with really bad Bikeshop-Rash: My spotless Ultegra Di2 Derailleur had a nasty bunch of scratches, my sella Italia saddle leather damaged. The Owner offered to Replace the saddle
