Asked about a PS 5 combo i saw on their site and they said no to me in store

Most of the time when bt games doesnt have stock of a certain ps4 game ill always get it from game4u coz theyll most probably have stock of it.

I was unlucky from the time ps5 came to S.A, i contacted Game 4 u and they were the only store that took my details to contact me once stock arrived and as soon as it came i received the call, so excited to finally have my Playstation 5. Great service and reasonable prices for all your games and accessories.

Absolutely disgusting service. They promise to get back to you and don't. They can't even provide fed back on repairs. Their repair centre is even worse. Ps had to be sent it the second time and no feedback whatsoever.

I am glad to change my review to a 5 start from the initial one star- after a lengthy discussion on day 1 - on day 2 they came back to me and decided to honor their warranty promise to me and said they will sort out the claim back from their supplier between them - they gave me in store credit and I purchased from them.Communication is key in any relationship and they did follow up and gave me feedback.Old Review before we came to a positive conclusion ----Very bad customer service, refuses to do a return on faulty goods even though its defective and its within the warranty period.

I was skeptical about ordering a game online with this company after reading some other reviews and even more skeptical when they did not answer my email. However, I was pleasantly surprised when my order arrived in 3 working days. Their prices are great.

Good prices! Please keep customers updated about deliveries. The courier just showed up, i could have not been at home to receive the game. Also game cover was cracked but the disc looks fine.

IM VERY DISAPPOINTED with Game 4 u! I purchased a Xbox 1x at the Ballito store in 2020 as a gift to my husband. We hardly even use it. A week ago he wanted to play a game and the fan was making a horrific loud noise! This noise is unacceptable for a 6k product to be making! Like any other customer would do... I contacted my insurance since my 1 year warranty is over, little did I know.... my insurance clarified that it WAS A MANUFACTURING FAULT....further more a friend of mine went online to check my warranty and shockingly my warranty expired in 2019... BEFORE i even purchased it! I called the store and they say it isn't possible! I want answers as to why my Xbox was tampered with! This is unacceptable! 6k isn't small money for me! I'm now sitting with a 4 year old Xbox which is giving me problems yet I only purchased it in 2020!!! No1 should purchase from you guys if this is the case!
