I love Glam Pro! I did a basic gel and reinforcement course in March, did my exam in April and got certified. I'm still waiting for my certificate but I would definitely recommend Glam Pro to anyone interested in becoming a nail technician. ❤️ Thank you Nathalie in North West for the amazing course and experience.

I went to Glam Pro yesterday and I was extremely disappointed.... I was told I couldn't buy anything except files because I was not a qualified nail tech....I went specifically to buy rubber base and a few other things, but I was obviously turned away.I told the lady she's losing a lot of business from turning people like me away (general public), which she responded, 'no we not!'.... Anyways, I was prepared to spend about R600 - R1000 there yesterday and I'll never walk into that shop again or ever recommend it to anyone else, and even when I do qualify, I won't ever buy from them either.I drove from very far to come to them only to be turned away.... Wasted petrol and time....

I have been going to this studio for many years, 6 years to be exact. and am always pleased with the experience of having my nails done. They send a reminder of the appointment, which is an awesum feature.Staff are friendly, chatty If you feel like chatting, quiet if You don't.The products are really good quality. My nails stay shiny like glass, for at least 3 to 4 weeks. Stones normally stay on too.Atmosphere is nice, trendy music and modern decor.

The salon is very beautiful, the atmosphere is very relaxing. The technicians at Glam pro are very friendly. Their services are excellent and they produce beautiful results.It's definitely a salon I'd recommend.

I've been doing my nails here for about 1,5 years ( their nails aren't even that good but I stayed for convenience) and the staff -particularly the receptionists- have always been unwelcoming, aloof and somewhat classist and ageist. The most recent encounter quite frankly was the last straw. I called the salon for an enquiry, received sour attitude from the receptionist, eventually asked her to email me the details that were on her computer screen because I was driving and she blatantly refused. She insisted that I email her first but she could have just copy-pasted that info into a mail while I relayed my email address on the spot. The service my friends and I have received on multiple occasions is atrocious. So atrocious I had to write this review.

Glam Pro is absolutely the best products out there. Thank you for the best service. Glam Pro Rubber base is really life changing. The best is the overnight delivery.
