Toys R Us Cradlestone Mall

We purchased a truck set of R700.00 for our little guy - Christmas gift. On Christmas day the truck's buttons didn't work. Today ( 29 Dec ) we went to Cradlestone to exchange. Unfortunately the manager - Margaret insisted we take a refund as this store has no stock and they do not do store transfers.Margaret advised and confirmed that Cresta has this truck ( 10 sets to be exact )and we should go collect it as she confirmed stock at this store. Cresta, however had no stock and no knowledge of another store calling. We drove all the way with a very disappointing 6 year old.We went back to Cradlestone were Margaret thought it was funny, literally laughing about this,without any apologies and turned her back on us when we talked to her.Honestly if this is the case were your manager treats people like this, luckily there is more toys shops that we will support. Have the day you deserve Margaret.# disappointing

Are there wwe championships there because I wanted them for 10 whole years including this year. Please get me the tag team ,world ,united states ,universal ,women's and Intercontinental Championships love u. Bye-bye.

What can I say.... My kids favorite store. The staff here are amazing. Always friendly.

Display advertised Marvel Titan Men for R299 but when I went to pay price was R399....the staff was not interested and told me sorry they are sold out even though there were at least 10 on the shelf. I feel cheated ...it is misleading...it means the store staff is not doing their jobs

On the multiple occasions that I have been to this specific branch, it's difficult to find what I'm looking for, the staff is not attentive, they have little product knowledge and won't help unless you ask.Only go out of necessity as it is in close proximity to home and work.

Staff rude on the telephone. When asked if they have any plush seats for infants in store, I was told they only sell normal chairs. When I asked what kind do they have, bumbo chairs, plush seats, rockers, etc., I was answered rudely. Will not be supporting this branch again.

I needed specific toys for my daughter, and the ladies at this store were of great help...
