Excellent service provided and items not in stock will be quickly sourced and delivered or available to collect.

NEVER will I ever support a group of thieves.I bought a UPS from these guys and 2 weeks later I am still awaiting my refund.They don't let customers know their return policies when we purchase and there is no signage to make us aware of these refund policies.According to CPA if an item is bought and is returned in its original condition and package within 7 days a full refund is due by the store. This does not apply to this group as they think they are above the law.They also notified me tha refunds can only be done by their head office once a week.They will speak to customers like they care and promise that they will urgently sort the matter out but nothings happens.The sad thing is that they blame their suppliers and hold them accountable for delays yet it has nothing to do with us as customers as we deal with the store and not suppliers.Please think twice when buying from these thieves because they will make you run in circles for a refund of your hard earned money and they don't care about customer service.

I loved the service. I ordered a graphics card which I thought was going to take 2 days to get, but the staff went beyond the call of duty and got it within the day. Not only that, they installed everything with no hassle. I highly recommend the Woodmead branch for fantastic service, and even better people.Thanks guys

I’ve been battling with my UPS for weeks. Cash at Matrix Woodmead spent time with me, looking at my UPS and pictures of the WiFi unit, and worked out the solution. A simple splitter cable enabled both elements to get the right power. I didn’t even buy the ups from there. Cash rocks!! And I’m never going anywhere else!

Really impressed with the service received, the in-store team was friendly and very knowledgeable. Noel assisted me and was great at explaining everything. Plus really quick turnaround time. Will definitely refer others to this store and will be back in future.

Horrible service at this store, They first of all claimed to have stock online of a particular part, and then when i arrived, they claimed they had none and then this changed to they had 2 in stock but it was reserved for someone else- however still says online there is 2 available. Store is empty, not much of anything.

Was given advice that i might have to change my PSU which costs plus R600 because they couldnt manage to source a R40 cable, definitely not impressed with the last visit

Had what I wanted and explained a few technical issues to me before I bought.
