I did not really like the attitudes of the people working here. I have shopped in Louis Vuitton stores around the world and this one is sub par for world standards although they have a wide variety available. If you are a tourist you should also know that the shop is more expensive even with the possibility of a tax refund. We kept our euros this time.

Great product with a bit of an over priced tag due to being able to buy the same product at nearly half the price internationally.Staff seamed frustraded by the questiones I asked and I got the feeling that I was getting shoved out.Lost a deal with it though and made that I bought the product I wanted to buy internationally.A small thing of judging a book by its cover is a dangerouse game in the retail trade

Popped in yesterday to have a look as I have a gift card and was very disappointed at the lack of service from Karen(really lives up to her name) such a sour attitude. LV store was my happy place but this store staff are really awful. In November when I popped in to purchase my belt had a similar (not luxurious )shopping experience.

Worse service I have experienced, the lady behind the counter looked at us up and down probably to determine spending power.Walked in ,the security guard was friendly, looked around in the store to get my clutch bag, the lady chose to assist a client that walked in after us and totally ignored our presence. Eventually the guard asked us to be seated and apologized. Absolutely disgusting that I grew up discriminated and now experience what should now only be seen in movies. Profiled and humiliated. At any point, the sales person could have acknowledged us.she chose not to. We visited your Cape Town V& A Waterfront store.

Was not allowed access to the store as the security officer decided that My family and I needed an assistant before we could enter. Pathetic. SIES. Have shopped all over the world and denied access to this store in my own home country.

The rule here is for every 2 people (together) there’s 1 sales agent appointed. If there’s no agent available, you wait outside. This leads to long lines outside the store. The issue is, there were only 2 agents on the floor when I visited so had to wait in the queue outside when I was only visiting for the day and ended up missing my flight due to how long I had to wait outside this store. Only allowing 4 people in a (big) store at a time is ridiculous. Hire more staff instead of using Covid Protocols as an excuse!

I went in to browse Sunday morning and was asked if I was looking for anything in particular by the blonde sales assistant. When I said not particularly but was looking for some wedge sandals (I actually couldn’t remember exactly which shop I’d seen them in) the brown haired sales assistant said ‘I’ve not seen those in like forever’… this is not helpful in any way and is an ignorant way to speak to a customer. Had she spoken in a more helpful manner I may have looked a bit longer at what they had on the shelves but quite honestly I just can’t be bothered with that kind of rude attitude. I’ll spend my money elsewhere!

We purchase only from Oscar at LV Cape Town, he is knowledgeable and helpful with a can-do attitude. He has gone out of his way for us, airfreighting oversized parcels and monogramming past purchases. Staff like him is part of what makes LV special.
