Does not know how to fade, been there on more than one occasion. Either fades too high or too low and doesnt know how trim the hair around your side burns and ears. Has a nerve to argue with the client how he wants to cut your hair. Needs to learn customer service skills, you are paying for the service but you are treated as if he does it for free. Deserves zero stars
