I bought a preplayed game on Sunday 17-03-2019 Black Ops3. Apparently we were given a 48 hours guarantee on the game by Mark.We went home and tested the game and it does not update or install.We paid R300 for the game on Sunday.My son takes it back on Monday 18-03-2019 and now they have excuses and they want to offer him R120 for the game.What a why of making MONEY, we pay paid R300 the day before.Mark said that he is going to take it home and test it (no testing facilities at the store how convenient).The next day he calls me and says the game is working fine,but lies that he installed the updates which is 23GB.I picked up the game on tuesday 19-03-2019 afternoon just before 6pm.My son his cousin and I try and do the updates and installation and nothing happens.We delete the previous update/installation for 2 more times and nothing happens.I called Mark this morning 20-03-2019 to tell him that we did the updates and installation 3 times and nothing happens.He then hands over the phone to Michael and I explain to him the situation.I said that my son will bring the game back with the receipt and he will pay the difference for the new one.He agrees with me at the time and he puts the phone down.After about 15 minutes I get a call from the regional manager telling me of his so called procedure.After I tried to tell him my situation is that we are 3 people that did the updates/installation and he believes 1 person.Eventually I told him it's fine I will tell my son to give the game for R120 and pay the difference of R280 and take the new game.I know we are making a loss of R180 which will not make me poorer,but maybe will make BT Games richer.They made R180 profit on me and will sell the same game to somebody else and make another R180 profit. I guess it's all about making PROFIT and not CUSTOMER SERVICE. What a terrible experience for us, but to other people that is going to be dealing with BT Games please don't listen to their VERBAL deals which is a LIE. Make sure everyhting is written on paper because it is not about you...it about making PROFIT and not CUSTOMER SERVICE
