A Class Locksmith

I wasn't impressed by my experience here. No staff wore masks. When entering the store I was told that masks weren't allowed (I'm hoping that was a joke, although it's a pretty lame one if it was). There was no sanitiser in sight for either customers or staff. Staff weren't particularly friendly and when they weren't able to help me, tried to dissuade me from going to another locksmith nearby by saying they were likely closed. I ended up going down the road to the other locksmith and it was like chalk and cheese; friendly staff, Covid measures in place and they were able to assist.

Went to the store last year September on a recommendation to sort out the lock of my car as it was damaged..was informed the young man would assist me..after waiting almost 2 hrs as he was busy with another client,after inspecting my car was informed they did not have the part.The young man damaged the paint on my car in the process.Promised to order the part.I called on numerous occasions kept on being sidelined..every week was the next week.Did not return my messages.Worst service!!!!..

Efficient, value for money regardless of the car you drive, to date I know they've fixed and replaced, Toyota, Lexus and Mercedes Benz keys all under R1000 per key.
