Few years back I bought fhair was very great quality I still hve few pieces which is still soft and bouncythem recently when I bought from them very bad hair shredded and they lie about they inches and staff is very sarcastic

Very bad service. Staff members are rude.In response to your condescending reply, you obviously will not find my name on your guest list as upon entering your store I was welcomed with a very bad service with unattentive staff members. Why would I stay and spend my money on such poor service? Cape Town branch.
