Never is it dun when your car has to go to the panelbeaters. However, the service here was exceptionally good. I was kept abreast of the progress of the work on my car. I am satisfied with what was done. Well done.

my car was in an accident 2 years ago. The repair done by another panel beater made my car look like a 'repair'. I had another accident last year. This time I took my car to LS Autobody. Thinking I would get my car back in a 'repaired' state. But NOOO... it came back looking 'BRAND NEW'... Excellent service as well as notifying me of all the mechanical issues they picked up during repairs.

My vehicle went in for repair through an insurance claim. They said 10 working days max and three weeks later got my vehicle back to have the boot not put back properly. I complained and had to take it back. Received my vehicle back a few days later and boot still not put back properly. I complained to the manager and had to wait in the reception area for quite a while while they sorted it out as i did not want to return for the third time. Very disappointed with the service and there is definately no supervisor checking vehicle before handed over to clients.

2021 Haval Jolien accident repair. Really excellent service from all, always friendly and efficient. They also keep to their promises! I was given 24-48 hour updates via email and SMS on my vehicle repair progress throughout the whole process. The repair job was near perfect, small things found which they did not hesitate to fix. I would absolutely recommend this repairer! Very happy customer.

Wonderful experience!!! Car was booked for in for 7 days.... Had my car in less than 3. Amazing efficient service, and I was contacted daily with updates. My car looks great and the whole team, from tech to reception are on top of their game. I can strongly recommend them! Thank you guys!

Worst experience i have ever had with a PBMy car has been with them for more than two months.And been back THREE times and everytime something else is wrong or they simply didn't fix it.The work carried out on my car is extremely poor.From panels which doesn't allign to DOUBLE SIDED TAPE on plastics to broken parts while fixing other things. My car would have gone back for the 4th time and my insurance sent it to another place to have this mess sorted outWe wont even mention the fact that their drivers drives my car 120kmh on a 60 and 80 Zone road!I do not think the people working there work on cars much because the end product is a complete jokeThey left broken parts on the car which was damaged in the accident and thought nothing wrong of itJust nothing but nothing was checked before sending the car out I had to point out everything not right with it.. and when it was sent back it would come back the same or half fixedYou simply don't get updates AND if you do get updates it's not accurate i have received so many updates saying i can get my car a certain date and then a day before they will move it on with a week or twoMy car is now back at another REAL panelbeater to have their **** work fixed and after removing the whole front end they could actually see what kind of work these people do5 Months in total now!!!!!!The real definition of a spoeg en plak companyAbsolutely the WORST!!!!!

The service was good until I realized there was a part missing which belonged on my wheel. Instead i found it rattling around in the side of my car door compartment. When I asked what it was they said they had forgotten to fit it. I was asked to bring the car back. They had my car for nearly 2 weeks prior just to repair a tyre and mag and still could not manage to complete the job properly.I then had to deal with the tired and bad attitude of one of the owners who shifted blame and took no ownership or responsibility for the follow up service which was shocking. I received cocky voice notes and attitude instead, Not taking into account the fact I had to once again inconvenience my work etc while I waited around for them to get organized. Also I had to make the follow up calls, otherwise I would not know what was happening. It’s always very convenient also for places like this who ask you to sign that you received the car in good order before you’ve even had the chance to drive it. I know that mistakes happen and I could have overlooked it, had the attitude of the person I dealt with have been more understanding, more responsive and less cocky. The last thing a person wants to feel from a place that has buggered up on your vehicle is that it’s not their fault and you get treated like it’s yours.To think all of the above could have been avoided if they had checked their work before handing the vehicle over.
