Car Service City - eMalahleni

Booked my car for a major service (BMW f20/21 1 series) and got a slot same day, they didnt have a driver to take me back home so i had to use a bolt/uber.They did some extra work at a reasonable price but couldn't update the service on the onboard computer.Went back the following day to top off the coolant and saw one of their team member crashing/bumping the door while reversing the car inside the building.Overall I think they are okay just not the best for cars that are technological advanced.

Pathetic service and attituded! Took my Hyundai IX35 there for a service yesterday, paid R6537 cash and collected my vehicle this morning @ 07h00. Vehicle body full of oil marks and not cleaned in/outside. Air filter and sparkplugs left in plastic bag inside car. Inside of vehicle has a disgusting smell of oil and I'm now spending R180 at a local carwash to have my vehicle cleaned. I further had to ask the lady @ reception several times for a copy of the unfilled documents and checklists, which I were requested to sign, after paying the said amount. They will not see me again and I will warn everybody as far as I go. You only get one chance to make a first impression and they have not impressed me @ all!

Bad service here, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone…. I took my car for service, paid 10k, my car started leaking after 4 months… went to another branch, I had to pay R700 for labor in a job that they didn’t do correctly…. Bad service

I hate writing negative reviews, but if it can help the next person then I have to do my duty. Terrible experience for me, I had to pay a large sum of money to replace parts that were not the faulty part, buy a new battery because they don't have battery chargers at their workshop and my car still broke down after going back twice. I've given up on bringing it back. They were unable to fix my car, made me pay a lot of money and still had the audacity to be extremely rude. Read reviews before you go to a place, the negative Hello Peter reviews are a sign.
