This store is a last resort if BEX or Mica cannot help. But sadly, not my Go To. Service is generally friendly, quick and also good, but a disappointngly small range of products for the DIY or cntractor and not bothered about that either, as well as no products shown online, unlike other Build It stores. You'd think stores would be trying to be user friendly, competitive and helpful. You need to know this because WE have choice. Shukran.

This store deserves a ZERO star rating, but it's not possible, so ONE star it is.Why?Let me tell you why....I bought two fluorescent tube lights yesterday and on my way out, at the security check, I clumsily and very irresponsibly left my phone behind.Got to my second stop in town and realized I left my phone in Build It.Rushed back to go get it.When I explained that I'm back for my phone, the manager or owner, whoever he is, DEMANDED a 'FINDER'S FEE'This man expected me to pay him R100 for his staff 'finding' my phone.The phone wasn't LOST. I simply left it at the security check on my way out.It was right there, ON THE COUNTER.Yes, I was irresponsible in leaving my phone.Yes, I was irresponsible in not checking to see if I had everything I came into the store with, plus the extras I bought.Yes, very irresponsible indeed.But, for YOU to expect ME to PAY your staff for being HONEST, that sir, does not sit well with me.If you have trouble with DISHONEST staff, that's YOUR problem.And as a MUSLIM man, you should be ASHAMED of trying to EXTORT money from people.Finally, to the lady that shouted at me that I needed to pay for MY PHONE, you have no clue what customer service is about. Rather find an office job where you wouldn't have to deal with clients.I'm super disgusted with what happened.This is what have become of our community, pay for honesty, or hope to buy your items back at Cash Crusaders.

Good customer care. The attendant did a great job. He directed us to the quality paint we wanted. He mixed it according to the colors of our choice. He was very friendly, efficient and effective. All the commodities we had gone to purchase were available in the stalls. Glue for carpets was procured by us. It works very well and fantastic. This is a great hardware store. Come and grab yours too.
