The store was very busy, but thanks to Jaden Mullins, a very helpful store assistant who managed to help me find what I need.So thank you Jaden, it's not often that people will go out of their way to help you, and do so with a smile. Good service definitely needs to be commended.

My fiancé and I went to set up a gift registry and the staff were rather apathetic and were not too helpful and did not seem to know how to work the scanning equipment for a registry, seemed as though they wanting to go home 2 hours before closing.Do not recommend this branch. We ended up going to the Canal Walk branch which had much better customer service.

I went in today and this was my first time visiting this branch. While I purchased some items from the store, I don't think I will go back.The store was quite messy and could do with some organisation and tidying up. The counter with the tills has limited space and three tills crammed into that space in these times resulted in people standing almost on top of each other, which is not ideal.The cashiers also seemed stressed/on edge, not sure what exactly. But some friendly service would have been nice.

Terrible phone experience!!! They have a cellphone number as a store phone. The person who answers had no phone etiquette at all. They just said hello then drops the call. I was trying to reserve a product but to no avail and everytime I called back they dropped the phone. How do they expect to customers to enquire?????

Atrocious customer service! None of the staff could be remotely bothered to assist you and when you do seek them out, their brevity is anything but helpful or friendly. Personal conversations and the manager screaming across the shop to the staff, is rife. Good luck trying to catch someone at the till so that you can pay. Would highly recommend staying away!

It's great because it's quiet, but they don't have the full range of goods on display. That being said, it's still fantastic if you don't have the time or patience for the chaos that is Canal Walk on a weekend.

A lovely branch of MRPH, great variety, seems like there's a need for more staffing availability on the floor as I had to request the cashier to assist me with something.
