Booked online for an appointment it was for my engagement, they never called , never responded and I had to go elsewhere to get my nails done.If you have an important event coming up don’t book with this salon as you’ll be waiting forever to receive an appointment!

Truly the best nail studio I’ve ever been to! It’s super clean, everyone is really friendly and they work so precise and careful. Also, the techniques are way better than in other salons where you often see that the gel nails are fake. But here the result looks and feels so natural - I’m really impressed. So it’s definitely worth the money. If you want great quality, I would definitely recommend this place!

I hardly ever write reviews but this salon is amazing! I 100% recommend booking yourself in if you are visiting Sydney. Marina did an amazing job with my nails, I really appreciated her attention to detail and gentle approach, resulting in a very high quality finish. Masumi provided such gracious hospitality and made the booking process so easy. This is the perfect place to relax and treat yourself - I hope to come back here next time I’m in Sydney!

The technician Tommie was great ! I got shellac done and she took extreme care. Unlike other places who are always rushing to finish the task.The place wasnt crowded on a Wednesday and they had three therapist and 2 customers.The only disappointment was the lack of variety in shellac colors. Other salons have large selection.This shop either did shellac or calgel.They also charge extra for a different color.I would recommend this place if you want safe service and basic shellac paints.

My first time at Vivid and it was an amazing experience! I had my nails done with calgel (I think this sage colour was called E19) by Tommie who paid so much attention to detail.I had been booked in on the wrong date by mistake but got to come back only an hour later which was not a problem at all! When I had paid and were about to leave I am given the most heartwarming gift for the inconvenience which they absolutely did not have to go beyond themselves to do! I am speachless and its by far one of the nicest things I've experienced! I cannot recomend this place enough, lovely people!

I had a fantastic experience at Vivid. Marina was so meticulous and gracious during the treatment. What impressed me the most though was the communication, in particular how I was greeted and a thank-you gift with a personalised note from Masumi. It made my week! I will definitely be a regular client.
