I chose to use this service over simply going out to find someone on my own in hopes that by using a company they could handle admin and reshuffles etc. ,and the first two times I used Bliss it went swimmingly was very happy with the service, therefore on the 3rd occasion I did not even think twice. However an issue on my side had me requesting the cleaner to come an hour later and this is where the issue came in.The cleaner did not pitch up for the days work even though I was assured multiple times she was on her way. So after waiting a full day for a service that did not happen I requested a refund, (because of course one has to pay upfront) which of course I was assured I would get.I still have not received this refund after multiple enquires.I think the sign of a good service is not just handling situations when they go well but also being professional in times when things don't. Very very disappointed and will not be using them again
