Owner/manager never responds, literally sent numerous requests for a quote on balloons and never got a response. Tried calling them and was asked how I got their number. They really should not be in business. Would not recommend using them.

Visited the store for the first time and a kind and patient lady assisted me. When they didn’t have stock of an item I was looking for she called their Reservoir Hills branch to check if they had stock. I am very happy with my purchases and their service. Now that I know where this hidden gem of a store is, I will be back for mystery next party.
