Really unprofessional, paid $12,000 for what we were told would get us PR - When visa was granted it was a 12 month temporary visa. No communication, paid $4500 for professional fees to be told to visit the government website to obtain answers when a question was asked. Waste of money, time and energy - has done nothing but cause us stress and financial distress all for financial gain on their end. Would not recommend.
