I bought 3 scales from Adam via an agent. One did not work properly out of the box.At my cost I returned the unit to Adam, and after many weeks, it had apparently been fixed. No notice that the repairs had been done, nothing, up to the customer to drive any feedback, collection and follow-up. On returning the unit to service, the faulty power supply still has not been fixed. A few thousands of rands gone, many weeks and no joy in sight.Do yourself a favour and buy from M-T or anyone who has some pride in their product. What you gain on price here you will probably lose on productivity. Service sucks, product quality remains to be seen.
