I brought a battery in to be charged, but the staff kept trying to get me to dispose my battery to buy a new one. After refusing multiple times and requesting they just charge the battery I brought in, the staff then tried to over charge me, even though the receipt that was being written out was less.When I asked why the price is so different from the branch in Town the response was this is woodstock not town'. The amount of disrespect the staff showed was unbelievable."

Efficient and helpful staff. Car batteries are a pain. New ones last 7 years. Replacements can't be guaranteed for more then 18 months. Is what it is.

My go to place whenever I have issues with my battery or some kind of starting issues.Over the years they've been consistently helpful and very friendly. Don't forget knowledgeable.Why not 5 stars then? Unfortunately they not most competitive in pricing I've found, but won't ever stop me from going back.
