They go beyond the line of duty and ensure you're getting the best quality for your price range. I was prepared to wait a week for the repairs but it was back in my hands the next day. The pleasant and trustworthy atmosphere made this one of the most pleasant service experiences I've had.

Firstly, the response time to my online query was very impressive - I had a reply within seconds.The service I received from KIB was perfect. I had a quote and a prognosis even before I had taken my malfunctioning desktop (not booting) to their premises.When I arrived, I was pleased to get a parking with ample parking spaces available.I was kept in the loop throughout the repair process and the job came in under quote which also really left me happy and was ready on the same day that I took it in.I recommend KIB and they are now my go-to for any computer related issues.

The time efficiency for me was what stood out the most. I was told to give the repair time 1 hour however it was done in less than 30 minutes for me.Plus the quality of the replaced screen I find to be better than the default one put in by the manufacturer.I was definitely a very happy customer and will be going back for any repairs I need done.
